The Community Development Department has transitioned to an electronic permit application submittal process. Please follow one of the two methods below depending upon the scope of your project:
If your project includes plans to be reviewed by City staff, the complete permit application package must be emailed to email@example.com. A permit submittal checklist specific to your project type must be included with your application package.
If your project is one of the five scopes listed below, apply online using the simple two-step process outlined:
* Water Heater (replacement only)
* HVAC (replacement only)
* Re-Roof (replacement of sheathing)
* Service Change (same-for-same only)
* Main Breaker Change Out (replacement only)
The simple two-step process involves 1) registering as a new user and 2) applying online.
Please reference the step-by-step manuals below to register for an account and apply for your permit. You may also view the manuals that will assist you later in the process to pay permit fees, print permit paperwork and view inspection results.
