Absentee Ballot Request Form

Deadline to request an absentee ballot for the Primary 2022 Election is May 25.

Registered voter who provides sufficient written notice to the Election Department  may request that the registered voter receive an absent ballot for all elections at which the registered voter is eligible to vote. The written notice is effective for all elections that are conducted after the registered voter provides the written notice to the Election Department, except that the written notice is not effective for the next ensuing election unless the written notice is provided to the Election Department before the time has elapsed for requesting an absent ballot for the election pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 293.313.
